中文摘要 | 臺灣金融業要朝自由化、國際化目標發展,則需要在圈外設立分行。當要在國外選擇據點設立分行時,香港將是被列為最優先的考慮地點。國內女性主管不被派往海外任職的原因,是出在公司政策和家庭、婚姻等因素,並非本身能力問題。將來女性主管被派往海外任職的機會會增加,但是以擔任科長級職務等中階管理人員的機率較大。 |
英文摘要 | Two hundreds and thirty one managers of different money and banking industries in Taiwan, were surveyed concerning their attitudes toward sending women abroad in the future. Even though all surveyed companies are not experienced in sending women overseas, they believe that the numbers of female managers sent abroad would be increased. About 80% managers predicted that the most possible job positions for women overseas, will be at the middle management level. |
