中文摘要 | 本實驗以離體文蛤(Meretrix lusoria)心臟的自發性機械張力為測定項目,研究調節文蛤心臟活動的神經遞液。結果證得乙醯膽素和血清血管緊張素是調節文蛤心臟活動的主要神經遞液。乙醯膽素抑制文蛤心跳率和機械張力,有效濃度為1.0 × 10 -10M.血清血管緊張素則促進文蛤心臟的收縮力,有效濃度為1.0 × 10-10.腎上腺素雖也促進心臟的收縮力,但是,有效濃度很高,為1.0 × 10 -5 M.此外carbacol的抑制效應和有效濃度均類似乙醯膽素。pilocarpme和膽素性接受器的拮抗劑 (atropine, curare, hexamethionium bromide)均無效應。文中將討論文蛤心臟活動的可能調節機制。 |
英文摘要 | The cardioregulatory neurohumors of a marine bivalve, Meretrix lusoria, have been studied by measuring the mechanical tension of isolated hearts. The major regu-latory neurohumors were acetylcholine (ACh) and serotonin (5-HT). ACh inhibited the heart beats and the mechanical force at very low concentration (1.0 × 10-10M), whereas 5-HT excited the contractile force at the concentration of 1.0 × 10-10M. Adrenaline also excited the contractile force and inhibited the heart beats at higher concentration (l.0×-5M). Carbacol, an ACh agonist, inhibited the heart activity as well as ACh at the same concentration. However, pilocarpine, an ACh agonist, and sever-al ACh antagonists (atropine, curare, hexamethionium bromide) had no significant ef-fects on the heart activity. The probable cardioregulatory mechanism of the neuro-humors on isolated marine bivalve hearts is discussed. |
