中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的在於研探高級職業學校教師教學效能信念之實際情形,藉供推 動高職教育的參考。 本研究採比例分層隨機取樣法,抽取臺灣地區 1700 名公私立高職專任教師為研究樣本,施 以研究者自編之「高級職業學校教師教學效能信念量表」,藉以蒐集資料,並運用 SPSS/PC �妙M裝程式以相關統計處理分析資料。 本研究結果有下列主要發現: 一、省轄市高職教師教學效能信念高於縣鄉鎮高職教師。 二、年齡較長、服務較久者有較高之教學效能信念。 三、師範校院及研究所學歷之高職教師比專科學校畢業者具有較高之教學效能信念。 四、教學成敗判斷標準較高之高職教師,其教學效能信念高於低教學成敗判斷者。 五、信心、自我強度及獨立性高之高職教師,具有較高之教學效能信念。 基於上述研究發現,本研究在行政措施、教學實際與輔導、師資培訓及進一步研究方面提出 十一項相關之建議。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to investigatee the teaching efficacy of teachers of senior vocational high schools. The proportional stratified random sampling was applied to 1700 teachers who were selected from all senior vocational high schools in Taiwan. The Scale on Teaching Efficacy of Teacher was conducted. The statistical methods of one way ANOVA, MANOVA, and t-test were used to analyze data. The important findings of this study were as follows. 1. The metropolitan school teachers had higher teaching efficacy than than the country (county) school teachers did. 2. Teachers of older age/longer service presented higher teaching efficacy. 3. Teachers who graduated from normal universities/graduate institutes had higher teaching efficacy than those who graduated from colleges. 4. Teachers who adopted high standard on students' achievement had higher teaching efficacy. 5. Teachers who possessed positive characters had higher teaching efficacy. Base on the fiindings described above, eleven suggestions were proposed. |
