| 中文摘要 | 將木材粒片與水泥混合,所製成之木材粒片水泥版,一般認為其具有極優良之防火、防蟲、抑菌、耐候及尺寸安定性。但由於水泥無法與所有樹種之木材都有良好的結合,因此在各種木質水泥板的製造上就產生了難題,以至於限制了它的發展。本篇報告在利用凝結時間及試體抗壓強度之測定,來檢驗各樹種與水泥混合時之相容性,其結果摘要如下:1.木材粒片之pH值及熱水抽出物的含量均會影響木材粒片與波特蘭水泥問之相容性。2.未處理之木材粒片與水泥混合物之凝結情形以針葉樹材較闊葉樹材佳,而針葉樹材中又以杉木最好,闊葉樹材中以柚木最佳。3.木材粒片經熱水萃取及在混合物中添加氯化鈣均可改善木材粒片與水泥之凝結,其中又以添加氯化鈣具較佳的改善效果。 |
| 英文摘要 | Cement bonded wood particleboards made from wood particles and portland cement possess high fire, insect, fungal resistancy in addition to good weatherability and dimensional stability. However, cement doesn't bond equally well with all wood species, so there are difficulties in manufacturing and their development of cement bonded wood particleboards. The main purposes of this study were to examine the compatibility of different wood species particles with portland cement by setting time and compressive strength test. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. Both of the pH values and the content of hot-water-extractives will affect the compatibil ity between wood particles and portland cement. 2. The setting characteristics of untreated softwood particles with portland cement are better than that of untreated hard wood particles, while Cunninghamia lanceolata var. lanceolata was the best of the three softwood species, and Tectona grandis was the best of the five hardwood species. 3. Both of wood particles treated by hot water extraction and by the addition of CaCI_2 can improve the compatibility of wood particles and portl and cement, and the efficiency of CaCl_2 addition was better and more convenient, also higher practicability than hot water extraction. |
