中文摘要 | 本研究係由海研一號研究船1990年8月OR248航次及海富號試驗船1991年8月HF271F航次採得共計約17公斤之漂流藻及其附著之魚類、魚卵進行分析所得之結果。OR248航次計採6225尾魚類標本,可鑑定的6221尾,有6科、5屬、6種魚種,其中有6181尾是剛孵化的鯔科魚苗,而花 有28尾。HF271F航次共採163尾魚,計有11科、16屬、16種魚,其中以單尾單棘魨為優勢種(佔54.9%),其次花 (14.8%),五線雀鯛(6.8%)及鈍頭 (5.6%)。經比較OR248航次(較離岸)的魚種少,數量,而HF271F航次(較近岸)的魚種多,數量少,而且兩航次均有大家仔或惟魚出現,另外OR248航次有一測站採得之漂流藻上滿佈魚卵及鯔科魚苗,足見漂流藻和魚類產卵,仔稚魚及成魚間有密切關係。為能進一步探討漂流藻和魚類間的關係,需要更多的採樣(如只同季節及水域的採樣)以便進行有系統的分析。 |
英文摘要 | A dipnet (diameter 80 cm, length 100 cm and mesh 1 cm) was used to collect drifting seaweeds and their attached fish and fish egg off northeastern Taiwan by R.V. Ocean Researcher 1, cruise OR248 in August 1990 and R.V. Hai-Fu, cruise HF271F in August 1991. In cruise OR248, 6223 collected fishes were represented by 6 families and 6 species. The Mugilidae larvae were the most dominant species containing 99.3% of the total samples. Histrio histrio was the second most species (0.4%). In cruise HF271F, 163 fishes were sampled and contained 11 families and 16 species. Aluterus scriptus was the most dominant species occuping 53.1% of the total fishes, followed by H. histrio (14.8%), Abudefduf vaigensis (6.8%) and Petroscirtes breviceps (5.6%). It appeared that offshore cruise (OR248) had less species but large number of fish while inshore cruise (GF271F) had more species and less fish . Moreover, large amount of larval and juvenile fish occurred in both cruises, and a great deal of fish eggs were attached on drifting seaweeds. This result revealed that there is a close association between fish egg and larval, juvenile and adult fish and drifting seaweed. |
