中文摘要 | 顏子名回,在孔門中列德行首科,顯冠群倫,不遷不貳,樂道以居,是孔子最出 色的弟子。 孔子一生好學不倦,以好學自居,以好學勉人,孔門弟子三千,賢人七十有二,各箇好學, 而於季康子、哀公問,獨亟稱、推許顏子,以為「有顏回者好學,不幸短命死矣,今也則亡 。」(「論語.先進篇」)「有顏回者好學,不遷怒,不貳過,不幸短命死矣,今也則亡, 未聞好學者也。」(「論語.雍也篇」)顯然此所謂「好學」,是有其實際指涉與實質內涵 ,與一般泛稱意義的「好學」有所不同。 本文試圖通過對「顏子好學」的探索,從行為科學的角度,辨析「不遷怒」、「不貳過」的 基本概念,從哲學的一定高度,檢視「顏子好學」的實質內涵與實存價值,匡正一般觀念上 對「顏子好學」的認知偏失,以就教於高明。 |
英文摘要 | Yenzi, whose qiven name was Yen-hui, distinguished himself among Confucious disciples as the one with the highest moral calibre. He neither lost his temper nor made the mistake. Gladly taking the "dao" taught by his master as his philosophy for life. He was considered Confucious most outstanding student. This article approaches the subject by analyzing his basic concept of "Even temper, never-twice-worng" from a behavioral science perspective, and the reality and value of his quest for learning from a philosophical perspective. Ultimately, the study hopes to correct misunderstandings of his stance that have been ever to us. |
