中文摘要 | 本文個案是位國小普通班學生,因其有嚴重的溝通及學習障礙而無法適應普通教育。個案在入學前及入學後一直無法被確定診斷,因而得不到任何適當的介入與協助,錯失了許多學習語言的良機。兩年多前,經由專業團隊仔細的評估並與家長、導師會談後,確定診斷為極少見的「發展性失語症」。專業團隊根據評估結果共同擬定了長期與短期的目標,再依這些目標訂定適當的介入措施。目前,個案經由輔助溝通系統的介入,已明顯改善其溝通及學習上的障礙。本文希望能藉由本案的討論,強調專業團隊評估的重要性,同時肯定輔助溝通系統介入對特殊性語言溝通障礙兒童的助益。 |
英文摘要 | Developmental aphasia is a rare clinical disorder; its diagnosis is not easy and may involve many disciplines. The purpose of this study was to emphasize the importance of intervention program at school system for the child with developmental aphasia and its advantages of AAC application. The subject, at regular class, but with severe communicative disorders had not been functioned well at school. Developmental aphasia has been diagnosed by the school multidisciplinary team and its intervention program had been provided including AAC application. At present, the subject has demonstrated marked improvement of communication function. In this study, the diagnosis process and intervention strategies will be provided and discussed. |
