中文摘要 | 分析顳顎關節受力的方向及大小,有助於瞭解咀嚼系統的機轉,由於多種因素的限制,目前的研究方法主要是建立生物力學模型,進行數學模擬,早期以分析二維的平面模型為主,近年則多以三維的立體模型為分析對象可探討單側咬合時的受力狀況。分析的方法有最佳化法及降低變數法。 本文將近二十年國外相關的研究文獻綜合整理、剖析,除介紹其分析方法外,也報告其中若干模擬結果,最後並探討各種方法的利弊。目前國内在這方面的研究,尚處於起步階段,本文期能拋磚引玉,節省入門者探索的時間,加速相關領域的研究發展。 |
英文摘要 | The analysis of the loading in the temporomandibular joint is useful in understanding the mechanism of the masticatory system. Due to the limitation of diverse factors, the present methodologies have been emphasized on the setup of the biomechanical model for the mathematical simulations. In the early investigations, two-dimensional biomechanical models were studied. Recently the three-imensional biomechanical models were developed to study the temporomendibular joint force distribution during unilateral biting. However, these 3D models were formulated with indeterminate problem. To solve this problem, the optimization method and reduction method were developed. Based on the recent related research investigations, we introduced some simulation results of the temporomendibular joint force distribution and discussed the beneficials of these investigations. Understanding of these investigations can stimulate the corresponding research in this area. Hopefully, this report can provide a guide to step up the research of the temporomendibular joint force predictions in Taiwan. |
