中文摘要 | 本研究嚐試以X-光透視法(Fluoroscopy)配合影像記錄及數位化服務將人為膝關節運動的透視影像全程同步錄影,並以密集的取樣間隔,凍結並記錄為骨塊位置來計算瞬時旋轉中心,以取代傳統固定關節角度間隔,斷續拍攝之X光片來做為量測工具,使得受測者能在較接近日常生活受力狀態下活動其膝關節。在實驗時我們設計兩種膝關節運動狀態以探討膝關節在受身體負重與否對關節運動情形的影響。求出瞬時旋轉中心後,配合旋轉半徑,旋轉弧長,及股骨與脛骨接觸點百分比等參數隨膝關節間發生滑動(Sliding),轉動(Spinning),及滾動(Rocking)的比例與時機,而以更詳盡完備的討論方式來全程描述關節的運動以提供相關研究的基礎數據。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study is to analyze thekinematic behavior of the human knee joint Twelve healthy young adults were measured during simulation of two knee functions: stair ascent to have weight-bearing and leg raise for comparison. These dynamic X-ray images of the knee were continuously recorded by a Video-fluoroscopic system and further analyzed on a computerized NAC motion analyzer to get the geometric data. Based on these in vivo data, a rigid-body method was used to find the instantaneous center of rotation (ICR) and three kinematic parameters: radius of rotation, arc length of rotation and the percentage of the plateau contact points were also calculated. In kinematical analysis, the joint movements were described in terms of the three basic types of joint articulating surface motion: sliding, rocking and spinning. All of the kinematics parameters were taken into account at the same time in order to determine the types of joint motion during every flexion angle intervals. Furthermore, the statistical distribution of each type through the entire knee flexion range were also presented to document the kinematic behavior of the human knee in detail. |
