中文摘要 | 本試驗分別比較三種嫁接方法、枝條成熟度及砧穗組合對茶樹嫁接扦插成活率之 影響,其結果為: (一)就嵌芽接、切接及改良式切接三種而言,以改良式切接之成活率最高,其中以72-209 號嫁接於台茶12號時成活率達86%為佳。 (二)就不同成熟度之枝條而言,無論砧木或接穗均以取表皮未開始褐化之枝條最佳。 (三)就砧穗組合而言,以72-209號與FKK-22號兩品系,可與大部份砧木有良好的親和性 ,台茶12號則是較佳的砧木,而武夷作為砧木及青心烏龍作為接穗時則表現不佳。 |
英文摘要 | This experiment was conducted to understand the effect of cutting-grafts method, shoot maturity, rootstock and scion combinations, on survival rate of tea cutting-graft. The results were as follows: (1)Three grafting methods, chip budding, cut grafting and modified cut grafting cut grafting, were used. The survival rate of modified cut grafting was the best. The survival rate of 72-209 used modified cut grafting method grafted in TTES No. 12 was 86%. (2)The maturity of shoot of soft wood grafting had the highest survival rate. (3)When used 72-209 and FKK-22 as the scion, all of the stock had high survival rate. TTES No. 12 as stock was the best. Wu-Yi as stock and Chin-Hsin Oolong as scion was the worst. . |
