| 中文摘要 | 本試驗係利用組織病理及生理學之方法並配合水質分析技術,探討硫酸 銅藥物對斑節蝦之毒性及殘留問題外,另對其蓄養之水環境所造成的影響予以詳 盡評估,以供養殖應用價值之參考。茲將本試驗所獲得之結果簡述如下:一、硫 酸銅的濃度越高,對斑節蝦之毒性越大。其24、48、72及96小時之半致死濃度(LC50) 分別為217.9、29.2、14.8、1O.1pp。二、銅殘留在斑節蝦體內之含量將隨硫酸銅 濃度和蓄養時間之增加而增大。三、硫酸銅抑制綠藻繁殖之能力,將隨硫酸銅濃 度之增加而增強,且組別間具極顥著之差異性。四、綠藻組織內的銅殘留量,亦 隨硫酸銅濃度之增加而增加,但組別間之差異並不顯著。五、在連續打氣之情況 下,硫酸銅對養殖用水之溶氧量,氨及亞硝酸等水中因子並無影響 |
| 英文摘要 | We were used the technique of histopathology, and water analysisstudy to understand the toxicity and residue of copper sulfate inkuruma prawn, and also to study the effect of copper sulfate inaqueous environment. It was found that; 1. The higer concentration of copper sulfate, the more toxicity to P japonicus. The L C 50 at 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours and 96 hours are 217.9, 29.2 , 14.8 , and 10.1 ppm, respectively;2. The higer concentration of copper sulfate, and also the longer culture time, the more residue in P. japonicus. However, both of them, are not any significance in biostatistics between all group.3. The higer concentration of copper sulfate, the more growth inhibition to green algae. There is the most significance in biostatistics between all group.4. The higer concentration of copper sulfate, the more residue in the tissue of green algae, but there is not any significiance in biostatistics between all group. Nevertheless, followed the passing time, the residue in the tissue of green algae is not increase.5. There are not any correlation between copper sulfate, dissolved oxygen and nitrogen-compound, because of the continuous air supply. |
