中文摘要 | 低密度聚乙烯樹脂與乙烯醇共聚合物(NA-289)製成塑膠磁石,以研究磁特性及 物理特性。 鍶陶鐵性磁粉( HM170 ),被覆偶合劑( Lica38 及 Lica44 ),而偶合劑分 別以 0.5 至 2.5 phf 各種不同的濃度探討,且磁粉的填充量則以 40 vol% 至 60 vol% 予 以探討有無被覆偶合劑對與 NA-289 作混練之影響,再以熱壓成型以研究其磁特性及物理性 質之變化。 其研究之結果顯示其殘餘磁束密度為 1.6 K gauss,矯頑磁力為 1.2 K Oe,最 大能量積為 0.5 G gauss Oe. |
英文摘要 | Magnetic properties and physical properties of LDPE/magnetic powder/ coupling agent (CA) compounded plastic magnet were studied. The magnetic powder (HM-170) was pre-treated with CA, such as neoalkoxy tri (dioctylpy-rophosphato) titanate (Lica 38) or neopentyl (dially) oxy tri (N-ethylene diamino) ethyl titanate (Lica 44), on various concentrations from 0.5 to 2.5 phf on the weight percent of fillers and then blended with LDPE (NA-289) pellets. The magnetic powder fillers (40 to 60 vol% of total volume) added to LDPE with or without the coupling agent pre-treated were compresses and molded to form the samples for determine the magnetic properties and physical properties. The results of our study are that the residual flux density (Br) is 1.6 K gauss; the coersive force (Hc) is 1.2 K Oe; and the maximum energy product (BH) max is 0.5 G gauss-Oe. |
