中文摘要 | 本實驗於民國七十九年七月至十二月,由五十七個採樣點取得水樣九十六個,分別 以P-A、MF、MPN及SPC四種方法檢測水中之大腸菌類屬(coliforms)及總菌數。水樣細菌標準 分析,水樣中以總菌數不合格次數佔最多,本調查水樣coliforms之檢測以Klebsiella sp之 檢出率最高,一般所熟知的E.coli則很少。水樣中coliforms之分析則以P-A最靈敏,MF及MPN 差異不大。四種大腸菌數屬對於三種coliforms之檢測方法靈敏度分別是Klebsiella sp.均可 被P-A、MPN及MF法檢測出,而MF法對Enterobacter sp.較敏感。 |
英文摘要 | 96 samples of drinking water were analyzed for total coliforms by presence -absence(P-A), membrane filter(MF)and most probable number (MPN) techniques. This study was carried out from July to December, 1992 over 6 months. The results indicated that P-A was most sensitive for dectecting coliforms in the drinking water among the methods compared. In the case of colifroms in the water sample, Klebsiella sp. could be easily detected by P-A, MPN and MF methods, and Enterobacter sp. was detected only by the MF method. The probability of detecting E. coli in those 96 water samples was quite low. |
