中文摘要 | 兩不同品種的百日草 「紫皇」(Zinnia elegans cv. Royal Purple)和「小人 國」(Zinnia elegans cv. Lilliput mixed),接種繡球屬囊叢枝根茵(VAMF)以後,不論 在生長早期有無營養生長之促進,均能促進其後期的生殖生長,例如:土:沙:樹皮 =2:1:1(體積比)為介質的「紫皇」品種百日草,早期營養生長時凡經Glomus mosseae (Nic. & Gerd.)Gerd & Trappe感染之植株,其株高,莖直徑及葉面積皆比未接種者 顯著增加,而後期的生殖生長亦以菌根植株之花有較高的鮮乾重、花瓣數及花徑 大小,且可較對照組早24天開花。使用含磷量高達2,500ppm 之人工介質時, Glomus sp.菌根之形成受阻,而使生長差異不顯著,但仍有促進生殖生長之效果。 生長於 30/25℃日/夜溫生長箱中的「紫皇」和「小人國」百日草,以泥炭苔:蛭 石;珍珠石:有機肥=4:4:2:0.25(體積比)為生長介質,接種Glomus spp.茵根菌的植株 其生長及花卉品質皆無促進功效。而生長於 25/20℃(日/夜溫)生長箱內的「紫皇」 及 「小人國」百日草凡接種繡球屬VAMF者均可增加花瓣數。其中「紫皇」品 種接種G. mosseae,其舌狀花瓣數目甚至為末接種植株之四倍,值得進一步探討 影響百日草舌狀花瓣數目之栽培條件影響因子,以更進一步瞭解其開花生理。 |
英文摘要 | Early vegetative growth and reproductive growth of G@omusspp. inoculated mycorrhizal Zinnia (ZinTua eJeffaus cv. RoyalPurple and Zinnia elegans cv. Lilliput Mixed) were highly enhanced. In early vegetative growth, plant height, stemdiameter and leaf area of GJomus snosseae (Nic. & Gerd.) Gerd.& Trappe infected 'Royal Purple' zinnia plants were significanthighter than non-mycorrhizal control. For reproductivegrowth, mycorrhizal infected plants had higher flower number,diameter, dry weight and flowered earlier than the control.'Royal Purple' zinnia inoculated with Glomiis mosseae flowered24 days earlier than non-mycorrhizal control in soil-sand-bark(2:l:l=v/v/v) medium. The zinnia plants grown in highphosphate content (2,500ppm) growth medium could not formmycorrhizae, but the reproductive growth of zinnia wasenhanced. Zinnia plants inoculated with Glomus spp. didn't show anygrowth increase or flower quality improvement thannon-mycorrhizal control at 30/25℃. But two cultivars of zinnia,'Royal Purple' and 'Lilliput Mixed' grown in 25/20℃ growthchamber with 16 hrs of light illumination showed plants thatinoculated with Glomus spp. endophytes all increased in petalnumbers. Particularly 'Royal Purple' zinnia inoculated with Glomus .mosseas in soiLsandibark [2:l:l(v/v/v)] increased discpetal number up to 4-folds of noii-mycorrhizal control. Thus, itis suggested that factors influencing development of zinniaflower physiology needs to be further investigated. |
