中文摘要 | 指狀絲狀蟲(Setaria digitata)之蟲體以外科手術植入天竺鼠及兔之腹腔, 蟲體在3週後完全被吸收,血清抗體與蟲體抽取液(抗原)在雙向免疫擴散試驗中有 顯著反應。天竺鼠及兔血清對蟲體抗原之反應為相同(identical)。但此二者與陽性 牛之抗體對蟲體抗原之反應均為部份相同(partial-identical)。Western blot之分析顯 示天竺鼠及兔之抗體較陽性牛之抗體複雜。天竺鼠,兔及牛三者共同出現之反應 在分子量43.5K及47.7K兩處。蟲體組織切片之免疫染色顯示,牛對指狀絲狀蟲之 重要抗原為子宮內之液體成份。 |
英文摘要 | Setana digitata , a parasite in cattle peritoneal cavity, wastransplanted into peritoneal cavity of guinea pig and rabbit. Almost allworms were absorbed 3 weeks later. Sera obtained from cattle, guineapigs, and rabbits were tested their reactivity to crude parasiteantigens by double immunodiffusion and Western blot. Doubleimmunodiffusion test showed that the patterns of antigen antibodyresponse were "identical" between guinea pigs and rabbits, but "partial identical" between cattle and guinea pigs or rabbits. Western blotanalysis revealed that cattle antibodies could react strongly with 43.5K.and 47.7K parasite antigens which were also recognized by antibodiesof guinea pig and rabbits. Immunoperoxidase staining indicates thatthe antigens recognized by cattle antibodies were located worm uterus. |
