中文摘要 | 評估三種柳桉材,紅柳桉(Shorea albida)、淡紅柳桉(Shorea richetia)、黃 柳桉(Shorea polita)木片之製漿適性、製漿造紙時樹脂障礙之形成及抽出成分對蒸 解、漂白及物理性質等之影響,綜合試驗結果如下: 1.三種柳桉木的硫酸鹽法蒸解以紅柳桉得率偏低,且所需用鹼量高,在卡巴值30 時,紅柳桉需活性鹼要22.4%,得率只有38.3%。淺紅柳桉需活性鹼 20.2%,得 率45.5%,黃柳桉需活性鹼16.6%,得率47.7%。試材之抽出成分對蒸解性無大 影響。 2.三種柳桉木紙漿進行CEHED、CEDED漂白及白度安定性試驗時顯示,紅柳桉 所製之紙漿有難漂性及白度安定性的問題存在。淺紅柳桉及黃柳桉之醇苯抽出成 分對漂白性的影響較小,但對白度安定性稍有影響。 3.由抗張強度-撕裂強度圖可判斷黃柳桉較佳,淺紅柳桉次之,紅柳桉較差。至於 木片蒸煮前經過萃取樹脂,在撕力及抗張力方面有些微的提升但對其他強度則影 響不大。 4.各樹種蒸解後漿中之殘存樹脂各有不同,紅柳桉蒸解殘存樹脂約在 7.1-8.7%左 右。淺紅柳桉殘存樹脂為14.9-20.0%左右。黃柳桉則有較高之殘存率約為22- 26%。沉積在蒸煮設備上之樹脂紅柳桉為2.0×10-3%,淺紅柳桉為5.8×10-3%, 黃柳桉為3.5×10-3%,淺紅柳桉具較高的沉積性,其高沉積性之原因可能與其抽 出成分中具有較高含量之中性成分有關。 5.三種柳桉木於製漿造紙時所發生之樹脂障礙如下: (1)樹脂之沉積:淺紅柳桉 (2)白度安定性:紅柳桉 (3)難漂性:紅柳桉 (4)樹脂斑點:淺紅柳桉、黃柳桉 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to elucidate the pulping potentials and occurence of pith problems of three shorea wood species (Shorea albida, Shorea richetia and Shorea polita) during pulping, bleaching and paper-making sequence. The results are summarized as follows: 1.During kraft pulping of shorea woods, S. albida showed high alkali requirement and low yield. Pulping to resulting pulp at kappa numb erabout 30 of three wood species, the alkali repuirement (A, R) and yields (Y,) were shown respectively as follows: S. albida, (A, R,-22.4%, Y=38.3%) S. richetia, (A, R,=20.2%, Y=45.5%) S. polita (A, R,=16.6%, Y=47%). And the extractive content, of wood chip did not affect the digestability to notable extents. 2.In CEHED, and CEDED bleaching, Pulps from S. albida showed bleaching problems and brightness stability problems. The extractives of S. richetia and S. polita did not affect bleaching ability to notable extents effects but did effect their brightness stability. 3.The tearing V S. tensile diagram showed pulp from S. polit have the greatest pulp strength and followed by S. richetia and S. albida. extractive of three wood species did not affect of pulp physical properties much though they bad some affects on tensile and tearing strength. 4.After cooking the amounts of residual extractive in pulps are as follows. S. albida. 7.1-8.7% (based on extractives), S. richetia 14.9-20.0% and S. polita 22.0-26.0% respectively. The deposition of pitch on pulping equipment were 2.0×10-3% for S. richetia (based on wood chips), 5.8×10-3% for S. richetia, 3.5×10-3% for S. polita, respectively.
