中文摘要 | 種薑裝入PE袋中,以不同濃度之二氧化碳及乙烯進行催芽試驗,以無 處理者為對照,置放在25℃、相對濕度(R.H.)75-80、無光照之植物生長箱中。研 究結果顯示二氧化碳及乙烯處理者在第7天就明顯可以看出萌芽:PE塑膠袋包裝 者延至第15天才萌芽,對照組完全不萌芽。其中以lOppm乙烯處理者,每塊種薑 萌芽數高達6.46芽,而5二氧化碳處理3.97芽最少,兩者間有顯著之差異。以益收 生長素處理者萌芽數均比PE塑膠袋包裝處理者高,尤以500ppm益收生長素處理 萌芽數最多,各處理與對照組均有顯著差異。種薑催芽之效果,因溫度增高而增 加,但各處理間無顯著差異。種薑在無光照條件下,有利於側芽之萌生,與有光 照處理者有顯著差異。 薑種植在PE網室內植株地上部高81.67公分,比露地栽培者72.58公分高。在嫩莖 長度,不同藥劑處理間差異不顯著。lOppm乙烯處理區及1OOppm益收生長素處 理區,每植穴擬莖數增多,但未影響嫩莖長度,顯示嫩莖之長度與種薑催芽處理 無關。嫩薑產量,以5二氧化碳處理區,每公頃53,235公斤最高,lOOppm益收生 長素42,630公斤最低。 種薑催芽處理雖可提早萌芽期,增加擬莖數,為了提早採收及提高產量,建議 配合提早培土時期,以利嫩莖之生長,達到產期調節之目的。 |
英文摘要 | Ginger seed rhizomes about 65 grams per piece, 3 days after curing under room temperature were separately packed in polyethylene bags. The treat- ments of forcing of sprouting were carried out with different concentrations of 002 and ethylene. The room temperature was maintained at 25℃and relative humudity at 70- 80, and was kept in the dark. The results showed that treatments with COz or ethylene sprouted at the 7th day and packed with polyethylene bag alone sprouted at the 15th day, whereas no germination can be found in the controls. It was found that treatment with 10 ppm ethyleneobtained a highest number , about 6.46 sprouts per piece of ginger seedrhizome, and lowest number of 3.97 sprouts was found at the 5 002 treat- ment. The longest sprout of 8.57 mm was found at 20 COz treatment ,and the others were no significant difference between treatments. Treatments with Ethrel showed a promising effect on forcing of sprouting,and it was found that Ethrel concentration at 100 ppm was the best for inducingsprouting . Treatment with polyethylene bag alone , the number of sprouts perpiece of ginger rhizome increased with elevated temperature . But treatmentwith Ethrel, 25℃ obtained better results than 20 ℃ and 30 ℃ . Strikingly , treatment under dark condition was favorable to the sprouting of ginger seedrhizomes. It is clear that the plant height of ginger seed rhizomes grownat polyethylene net house was higher than those planted in the open field .Planting in the open field with sprouting forcing treatment could decrease thenumber of loss plants , while the number of shoots was far more in each hillthan those without sprouting forcing treatment , and the difference was significant . Ginger seed rhizomes after sprouting forcing treatment could obtain moreshoots . It was suggested that earlier work of banking would promote theearlier harvest and could increase the yield as well. |
