中文摘要 | 自從免疫組織化學染色法建立以來,腦下垂體細胞及腫瘤之檢測與分類有相當大的進步;對於非功能性腦下垂腦腫瘤除了各種荷爾蒙抗體及次單位(subunit)抗體可用來檢查外,抗Chromogranin A抗體對腦下垂體腫瘤檢測有特異性亦為對非功能性腦下垂體腫瘤擻查的一種重要指標。 由於Chromogranin A為分泌細胞特有之分泌顆泄,它的存在可代表非功能性腦下垂體腫瘤亦為內分泌細胞。 |
英文摘要 | The detection of chromogranin by the monoclonal antibody of chromogranin A was a helpful diagnostic aid in the immunohistochemical study of nonfunctioning pituitary adenoma. 22 specimen obtained from surgical removed nonfunctioning pituitary adenomas were investigated. The chromogranin A stains positive in 13 cases (60%); in these 22 cases, 5 cases (23%) have negative stain neither for GH, prolactin, ACTH,β-FSH, β-LH, β-TSH nor for α-subunit, but 4 of these 5 cases (80%) have positive stain for chromogranin A. In conclusion, these results indicate that nonfunctioning pituitary adenoma may have secretory granules express chromogranin A and it is consistent with the hypothesis that chromogranin A participates in the secretory process of a wide variety of hormones. |
