中文摘要 | 本論文,我們分析放熱化學反應的環氧乙烷觸媒固定床反應噞的系統性質。發現系統有極為靈敏的現象。很小的輸入變數改變例如:氧濃度或反應物入口溫度的變化,都會造成反應器的最高溫度很大變化。又反應系統模式相當複雜,不適合做為控制設計模式。本文,提出變數轉換,使系統模式得以簡化。然後以□和□最適化方法設計控制系統使系統滿足內部穩定,?性追蹤與干擾消除的要求。模擬證實在□和□控制設計下,顯示相當滿意的結果。 |
英文摘要 | The system properties of a catalytic fixed-bed reactor have been investigated have where the exothermic ethylene oxide reaction has taken place. The extremely sensitive phenomena are found. The sustained small changes in the inlet variables, i.e., oxygen concentration or reactant inlet temperature could result in a significantly large change in the profiles of the maximum temperature occurring in the significantly large change in the profiles of the maximum temperature occurring in the reactor. The phenomenological model of the reactor system was extremely complicated and not suitable for usage in designing control system. a lumping model technique was thus presented to simplify the phenomenological mode. A robust controller was next designed here with the approach of □ and □ optimization such that the reactor system meets the requirements of internal stability, robust tracking and disturbance rejection. Simulation results of the controlled reactor system under □ and □ control schemes have exhibited satisfactory capabilities of tracking and disturbance rejection. |
