中文摘要 | 傳統硝化纖維素塗料是由硝化纖維素、醇酸樹脂、可塑劑及溶劑所組成,主要靠溶劑揮發而成膜;塗裝作業性良好,乾燥過速,然塗膜理化性質差。一般用於中、低級家具塗盤,是以,本文乃意欲保持硝化纖維素重料之快乾特性下,分別以高級家具塗裝用之聚酯及聚脲酯塗料,取代硝化纖維素塗料中之醇酸樹脂,以探討其間之相溶性及嘗試改善其塗膜理化性質。聚酯一般是由多元酸與多元醇製造而得,本文中所使用之聚酯種顛除商用外,向以不同種類之二元醇合成並以部份三元醇取代二元醇;聚脲酯塗料則購自市面。所得結果如下述:1.以部份三元醇合成之聚酯塗料與硝化纖維素塗料之相溶性極差,而其它二液型塗料與硝化纖維素之相溶性則極佳。2.調配後之二液型塗料變性硝化纖維素塗料不受可使用時間之限制,且塗膜乾燥迅速。3.二液型塗料變性硝化纖維素塗料因未藉加熱促使硬化,短時間內不易獲得硬化完全之塗膜,致大部份塗膜理化性質並未其改善效應。 |
英文摘要 | The traditional nitrocellulose lacquer (NC lacquer) was made from nitro-celluse, alkyd resin, plasticizer and solvent. Coating film was formed by slovent evaporation. This coating has good work property and is able to dry rapidly, while it has poor physical and chemical properties. NC lacquer was always used in 16w, medium class furniture finishing. In order to retain the quick drying characteristics and to improve the poor physical and chemical properties of NC lacquer, the alkyd resin used in NC lacquer was replaced respectively by polyester and polyurethane. The study of the solubilities between the substitutes and NC lacquer without alkyd resin was explored as well. Commercial polyester are usually manufactured from secondary alcohol. The polyester used in this study included commercial polyester, polyester synthesized from propylene glycol and ethylene glycol, and the on synthesized from parts of glycerine. Polyurethane was bought from paint store. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The solubility between two-package coatings and nitrocellulose was found very good, except the polyester which is synthesized with glycerine. 2. The use of these modified nitrocellulose lacquers were not limited by pot-life. The films cured quickly in a short period of time. 3. Most of the physical and chemical properties of these NC lacquers modified with two-package coatings were not improved because the films were not completely cured within a short period of time without raising the drying temperature. |
