| 中文摘要 | 本文研究約主要目的是利用Diels-Alder反應,將γ-甲基丙烯醯丙基三甲 氧基矽烷與雙烯鍵化合物反應成1,4-cycloaddition產物,然後化學鍵結於10μm 矽膠上。合成的矽膠填充料可用FTIR、元素分析、固態FT-13C NMR等光譜鑑 定。在高效液態色層分析中,共有三種新產品(CP-TPM-SILICA,A-TPM- SILICA,BA-TPM-SILICA)對一系列之芳香化合物、硝基芳香化合物、及不同碳鍵 基苯化合物做了性質評估和測試,並與商用RP-18比較,結果顯示,用芳香環基 作配位基之固定相(如BA-TPM-SILICA)與RP-18比較下頗具選擇性。 |
| 英文摘要 | A method for the preparation of three HPLC packing materials by using Diels-Alder reaction such as T -methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane and dienes affording 1, 4-cycloaddition products sequently bonded onto 10 u m silica gel, was investigated in thispaper. Surface coverage and structure of such resulting material had been identified byFTIR, elemental analysis, solid state FT-13CNMR, respectively. In HPLC, a series of polyaromatics, nitroaromatics and alkylbenzenes were examined on these new phases andRP-18 phase. The results suggest that stationary phases with naphthalene ligand asterminal group such as BA-TPM-SILICA are found to exhibit high selectivity comparable with RP-18. |
