中文摘要 | 本研究利用高產品系甘藷CN 1028-15(簡稱1028)及低產品系甘藷CN 1367-2(簡稱1367),進行單葉嫁接,以瞭解光合成物質之供源、積儲特性及光合成產物在其間之分配情形,並進一步探討產量限制因子,所得結果摘述如下: 1. 四種嫁接組合甘藷葉片,均於嫁接後第4至第10週期間,處於淨光合成率之高峯期,因兩品系葉綠素含量差異明顯,成為影響淨光合成率之主要因子,因此本研究中,葉綠素含量可作為判斷供試材料供源強度之重要指標。試驗結果同時顯示,積儲容量大小,亦可影響淨光合成率之表現。 2. 砧木為高積儲者,其葉片導度較大,因此葉片導度主要受積儲影響。 3. 接穗1028(高光合成率)之SLW高於接穗1367(低光合成率),且相同接穗處理中,以砧木為1367(低積儲)之SLW較高,顯示SLW之變化可能與光合成產物累積有關。本試驗結果顯示,四種嫁接株生育期間SLW變化趨勢,可用來當作判斷產量限制因子為供源或積儲之一指標。 4. 供試嫁接株之乾物分配於地上部之比率,皆隨生育日數之增加而遞減,而分配於地下部之乾物量則隨生育日數增加而遞增。 5. 不同嫁接組合對貯藏根產量影響程度顯示,積儲對貯藏根產量之影響程度大於供源。因此甘藷貯藏根產量之主要決定因子為積儲。 |
英文摘要 | The self and reciprocally grafted sweet potato leaf cuttings of high-yielding CN 1028-15 and low-yielding CN 1367-2 were used to study the relationship between source-sink and photosynthates partitioning. Results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The maximum net photosynthetic rates occurred at four to ten weeks after grafting. High-yielding CN 1028-15 scion with high chlorophyll content had the higher photosynthetic potential, but this was reduced by the low-yielding CN 1367-2 stock. In this study, chlorophyll content may be used as an indicator of source potential. 2. Leaf conductance was primarily determined by sink strength. 3. Specific leaf weight of CN 1028-15 scion with higher photosynthetic potential was higher than that of CN 1367-2. Furthermore, grafted leaf cuttings with the low-yielding stock had high specific leaf weight. Specific leaf weight may be used as an indication of source potential and sink strength. 4. Photosynthates partitioning to top decreased with advancing of growth. However, photosynthates diverted to storage roots increased with advancing of growth. This opposite trend in the photosynthates partitioning during growth period was found in all grafts. 5. The contribution of sink strength to yield was higher than that of source potential. Results obtained showed that the yield of sweet potato was determined primarity by the sink capacity. |
