中文摘要 | 本文之目的旨在分析洗衣機之洗濯特性與功能,探究最佳之洗衣行程,包括可以預設浸泡、洗衣、注水、脫水時間,選擇水流強弱、洗衣次數,並根據衣物量、污濁程度而設定之行程。基於以上要求,再設計並製作-單槽全自動洗衣機之控制電路,做為研究完成Neuro Fuzzy洗衣機之先導性實驗。由於類神經(Neuro)網路及模糊邏輯(Fuzzy Logic)理論之發展使家庭電器之設計產生急遽之變革。其中尤以對洗衣機的貢獻特別大。然而現階段相關檢知與感測元件較難購得。本文僅就其運用於洗衣機的設計理念與控制系統的發展做概括性的介紹,期盼以本設計為基礎,眞正開發完成一部智慧型、人性化的洗衣機。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to analyze the characteristics and functions of various washing machines. Such that, we can find the optimal washing program, including presetting the time of soaking, washing, overflowing and spinning, selecting the strength of water flow and washing cycle. Also we can set the program according to the weight and degree of dirty clothes. Based on this program, we can design and fabricate the control circuits for an automatic single tub washing machines. This experiment is served as a pilot study before accomplishing a Neuro Fuzzy washing machines. The rapid development on the theory of neuron network and fuzzy logic causes revolutionary design in electric home appliances. Among all the benefits or influences on washing machines are very profound. At present, it is hard to purchase the part such as detector and sensor of Neuro Fuzzy washing machine. In this paper, we only deal with how to apply the concept of Neuro Fuzzy to the design and control of a washing machine. We can implement an intelligent and personalized washing machine in the near future. |
