中文摘要 | 本智慧型專家系統結合C-MOLD電腦輔助模擬分析軟體,來進行CAE整合式的分析,由於氣體輔助射出成型在製程控制的複雜度高,且為近年來革新性的射出成型方法,故藉由電腦之強大計算能力以及模擬分析軟體之模擬分析能力,幫助我們獲得成品在成型週期中每一過程的狀況,再藉由這些資訊,蒐集整理成為智慧型專家系統之知識庫與推論機制之準則。本系統之資料庫部份,結合7氣體輔助射出成型領域之基礎研究以及電腦模擬所得的資料,在傳統的專家系統之外,智慧型專家系統之推論機制,整合了模糊理論、類神經網路之強大推理以及學習能力與田口實驗計畫法,經由反覆之數值分析及評估不同的製程條件後,找出最佳化的成型參數,改善成品之缺陷。 本系統是架構在Windows2000系統下,以Borland C++ Builder撰寫視窗化的界面,並且結合了業界高度採用的C-MOLD塑流分析軟體,使系統的推論能夠更加準確。除此之外,專家系統除了能夠克服工程師經驗不足的問題外,由於系統具有學習的功能,專家技術與設計指南可經由此過程而迅速建立。再者'CAE技術的最大優點就是藉著電腦模擬,使產品能以較低的發展經費、較短的設計與修改時間來生產,相信在未來的應用上,本系統仍有著非常大的發展空間。 |
英文摘要 | The process of gas-assisted injection mo1ding has high1y complicated all re1ated aspects, inc1uding mold design, gas channels, and processing. Good and steady quality must take account of whole processing procedure for injection molding, inc1uding polymer, mold design, processing parameter, and molding machines. In addition, most design and processing knowledge are based on trialand-error experience. An Expert System for gas-assisted injection molding process by integrating processing guidelines, design concepts, experimental studies, CAE analysis, and artificial intelligence. The system is to synthesize the knowledge into computer and use the inference strategies to solve related problems as a real expert. This paper is to present an intel1igent expert system by integrating C-MOLD Gas-Assisted 1njection Molding, Fuzzy Logic, experimental studies, Neural Network, Expert System, and Taguchi method. The system will provide the total solution for gas-assisted injection molding process and uplift the related techniques and developments. As MS- Windows 2000 is becoming the standard user interface due to its graphical and multi-tasking capability, this research uses Windows as the developing platform to create an easy-to-use environment. In addition, considering capability, standardization, and efficiency, C++ language will be using to develop the integrated expert system. |
