中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的在於瞭解施有機肥料及化學肥料對小白菜(Brassica chinensis L. var. Pai-tsai)生長及品質之影響,包括硝態氮及維他命之含量等。結果顯示在田間試驗條件下,若單施化學肥料,用量以較低N-P₂O₅-K₂O (60-50-60 kg/ha)為宜,不但硝態氮含量較低,且不顯著減少株重。施有機肥(樹皮堆肥、泥炭土及腐熟雞糞)可增加小白菜之株重及食用品質,單施腐熟雞糞(6,000 kg/ha)時,採收期葉柄含硝態氮184 ug/g,葉片含維他命B₂450 µg/g及維他命C 38 µg/g,株重為37.6g;而施雞糞(3,000 kg/ha)加化肥(60-35-45 kg/ha)者之株重為45.7g,但硝態氮含量亦最高,達1,997 µg/g。泥炭土加化肥對植株硝態氮含量有顯著較低之效果。與單施化肥區比較,施雞糞較能提高小白菜之維他命B₂及維他命C之含量。施化學肥料雖可促進小白菜之生長,但增加葉柄硝態氮之含量。 |
英文摘要 | The objectives of this study was to observe the effect of organic and chemical fertilizers on the growth and qualities (including contents of nitrate and vitamines) of Brassica chinensis L. var. Pai-tsai. The results showed that the application of low chemical fertilizers N-P₂O₅-K₂O with 60-50-60 kg/ha decreased the content of nitrate in petiole of Pai-tsai plants, and without decreased significantly in the plant weight. The application of organic fertilizers (bark compost, peat and chicken manure) increased the growth and quality of Pai-tsai plants, particularly in the chicken manure treatment (6,000 kg/ha) with 37.6 g per plant weight, 184 µg nitrate/g in petiole of plant, 340 µg vitamine B₂/g and 39 µg vitamine C/g in leaves. The plant weight in the application of chicken manure (3,000 kg/ha) with chemical fertilizer (60-35-45 kg/ha) was 45.7g, and the nitrate content in petiole was up to 1997 µg/g. The application of peat with chemical fertilizer can get lower nitrate in petiole of Pai-tsai. Comparing to the treatments with chemical fertilizers, the application of chicken manure increased vitamine B₂ and C contents in leaves of Pai-tsai althought the application of chemical fertilizer increased the growth of Pai-tsai, the content of nitrate in petiole increased. |
