中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在於,對Stoltenberg督導模式中所主張諮商員的專業發展具階段性之假設,在我國準諮商員的專業發展現實進行驗證,以探討該模式在我國準諮商員諮商實習督導之適用性。為進行這項探討工作,乃先依其模式之建構編製「諮商員專業發展評量表」並進行量表標準化,已初步證驗本評量工具之信度、效度和鑑別力良好。利用本評量工具對284個調查樣本進行研究結果,發現我國準諮商員之專業發展程度因不同教育程度呈現階段差異,以博士班準諮商員之專業發展程度最高,其次是碩士班準諮商員,再次為大學部準諮商員。而不同學系之準諮商員別無程度差異現象。此外,尚發現無督導之諮商經驗未有增進諮商員專業發展程度之效用。 根據本研究主要發現結果,Stoltenberg的督導模式在我國準諮商員的諮商實習督導驗證可行,而且不因系所差異有別。其次,建議建立諮商員在職督導制度,以及準諮商員校外實習的督導制度。最後,本研究建議該模式值得再作進一步的探討研究,以便在實際運用時能更適合本土情況。 |
英文摘要 | Empirical evidence for Stoltenberg's supervision model is growing in the United States of America. The present study examines Chinese trainees' perceptions of their counseling and supervision. 204 trainees from nine training programs, in psychology, social work, educational psychology & guidance, or guidance, were categorized into three levels on the basis of their educational levels. Trainees response to instrument designed to assess developmental model of supervision were examined across these three levels. Generally congruence with Stoltenberg's construct of counselor development, results indicated that higher level trainees reported greater self-awareness, autonomy, motivation, acquisition of counseling skills, and understanding of theory than did trainees at a lower educational level. Yet, no significant differences were found among four majors. Additional, a group of 80 secondary school counselors were compared to those trainees of their educational levels. No significant differences were found among undergraduate trainees, master trainees and school counselors. Implications for Stoltenberg's model of supervision and suggestions for future research are discussed. |
