| 中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的在探討現實情況 (大班級及認知教學) 限制下,改善國小學生人格及班級氣氛之有效心理策略,屬單組前後測的準實驗設計。自變項有二,一是依心理屬性來對全班分類并混合不同類型學生為小組的動力座位安排方式,二是對全班實施的八次團體活動。 實驗對象為桃竹苗區的33位國小導師及其所任教之班級 (學生數為1434人)。方式為第一學期時先對實驗執行者(國小導師)進行六週的團輔理論課;并於第二學期開始,每週先行演練一項活動設計後,再回到個人任教班級,重新實施一次。所用之測量包括幼兒人格測驗,小學人格測驗及學習環境量表 (LEI) 中七項分量表。 結果經T考驗及ANCOVA考驗後,顯示(1) 人格分數之增進,達顯著水準 (P<.001)。(2) 班級 氣氛部份,7個分量表之差異均達顯著水準 (凝聚,摩擦,偏愛,漠不關心,結黨,民主,滿意度)。此外,(3) 教師性別對凝聚、摩擦、偏愛、民主及滿意度有顯著影響;教師領導類型以高倡導高關懷,低倡導高關懷較有利於學生人格及班級氣氛。最後 (4) 學生之年級對人格及班級氣氛均有顯著影響。其中尤以一年級的學生與其它各年級學生在各種變項上之相差最為明顯。 建議部份有三:(1) 教室之座位安排,依心理動力因素分組,以擴充人際學習之機會 (2) 國小師資養成課程中,宜包括有效領導類型及班級團輔能力之訓練 (3) 國小一年級學生,最須要各項心理團體輔導,有關方案之設計實屬必須。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to explore a potential classroom management strategy to enhance the self-concept of elementary school students and to improve the classroom climate within the present limitations of large-size classes with cognitive-emphasized curriculum. This is a quasi-experimental study with a single group pre- and post-test device. The two independent variables include a dynamic seat-arrangement and group guidance activities. For the first variable each elementary class was divided into eight categories based on three psychological-related traits (academic grades, self-concept, and personal characteristics). These students were then separated into six groups and as much as possible each group contained one student from each of the eight categories. For the second independent variable the class was divided into a small group base (six groups) and was given group guidance activities for eight weeks. The subjects were 1,434 elementary school students from 33 school in the Taw-Yaun, Shen-Tsu, and Miau-li areas of Taiwan. All of the teachers (N = 33) in the schools were trained by the researcher for two-stage group work. In the first stage (semester), the 33 teachers studied the concept of group counseling for six weeks. For the second stage(semester) eight weeks of group counseling activities were designed for the teachers and were expected to practice them on their own class. The major measurements used in this study were the scores from two quizzes (in Chinese and in Mathematics). The pre- and post-test of California test of Personality (CTP) and the Learning Environmental Inventory (LET), with its seven sub-scale (cohesion, conflict, apathy, indifference, democracy, and satisfaction). Data were analyzed by i test and ANCOVA. Results indicated a significant improvement(P<.001) on CTP and on the seven sub-scale of LEI. Also it was discovered that teachers with democratic (scored high in relationships and tasks) and humanistic (score high in relationships) characteristics tended to have a higher correlation with the self-satisfaction of the students. Moreover, the first grade students were found to have the lowest level of classroom satisfaction when compared with the other five grades. These are the major suggestions of this study: 1.expand the present design to include the application of it for academic purposes, such as the teaching of Chinese and Mathematics. 2.include leadership training in the courses for teacher-university students. 3.implement intensive help for improving the adjustments of first grade students. |
