中文摘要 | 將五月大己接種內生菌根菌Glomus fasciculatum之蘆筍幼苗根部切片以 進行四種有關磷代謝酵素--即酸性磷酸�t(acid phosphatase),鹼性磷酸�t(alkaline phos phatase),澱粉磷解�t(starch phosphorylase)及腺��三磷酸磷酸�t(ATPase) 之酵 素定位分析。結果顯示除了鹼性磷酸醃外,其餘三種酵素在菌根菌之菌絲,叢枝 體及囊狀體中均顯現明顯活性。而鹼性磷酸�t在叢枝體及菌絲內皆有高活性。四 種磷代謝酵素中只有鹼性磷酸�t為菌根菌特有而不存在於植物細胞中。另外盧筍 根綑胞內雖鮮見澱粉粒存在,但在菌根菌之菌絲,較枝體及蝨狀體構造上均顯現 極強之澱粉磷解�t活性。而商活性的腺苦三磷酸磷酸�t酵素存在顯示內生菌根菌 能提供更多能量。 |
英文摘要 | Histochemical studies on 5 month-old mycorrizal (M) asparagus seedlings,which were infected with Glomus fasciculatam, revealed that four enzymes relatedto phosphate (P) metabolism such as acid phosphatase, starch phosphorylase andATPase all showed, high activities in hyphae, arbuscules as well as vesicles, andactivity of alkaline phosphatase was high in arbuscules and hyphae. Among thefour enzymes, alkaline phosphatase activity was not found on non-mycorrhizal(NM) asparagus root cells, thus it was brought in by vesicular-arbuscularmyeorrhizal fungi (VAMF) in asparagus mycorrhizae. Although there were veryfew starch in asparagus roots, yet starch phosphorylase activity was still very highin hyphae, arbuscules and vesicles. The presence of high ATPase activity indicatedthat more energy could be supplied by VAMF. |
