英文摘要 | Based upon growing-on test, the amount of rice seed-borne Phyllostictaglumarum was significantly negative correlated with the germination rate on2 wate agar and erroergence rate from field soil. Diseased seed treated witheither antagonistic bacteria, S1 or B501, had higher germination rate thanuntreated control. Apply SI with methyl cellulose and peat could evenimprove better germination rate than apply S1 alone. Although hot water(50℃) treatment reduced the amount of seed-borne P. glumarum, thegermination rate had not significantly different from untreated control. Oneppm benomyl was able to inhibit the growth of P. glum.arum on/in culturalmedium, and was able to significantly reduce the amount of seed-borne P.glumarum and increase the germination rate from 55 to 77. |
