英文摘要 | The kinetics of isothermal crystallization of Co7lFe6B11.5Si11.5 amorphous ribbons prepared by as ingle roller melt spinner in air has been studied by using differential scanning calorimetry in the temp eraturerange 480-500℃. The fraction of crystallization up to a certain time was determined from the ratio of the area of exothermic peak at that time to the area of the complete exothermic peak, The characteristicsigmoidal shape of transformation curve was analyzed by the well-known Johnson-Mehl-Avrami equation. It was found that the incubation time of crystallization increased rapidly with decreasing annealingtemperature. The Avrami exponent and the activation energy of crystallization were calculated to be 3.0-3.4and 441 kJ/mole, respectively. It suggests that the crystallization process is governed by interfacial controlled linear growth and the nucleation rate decreases with increasing time. |
