中文摘要 | 從土壤中分離出之Chrysosprium tropicum對糖蜜廢水具有良好的脫色效 果。25倍稀釋之糖蜜廢水中添加葡萄糖或澱粉1.5-2.0,NaNO��0.6,K�浹P0�� 0.15,MgSO�荼瓷D7H�烙0.03等成分之培養基,在pH4.0培養C. tropicum 2天之脫色 率最好,共脫色率可達83,添加無機態氮源之NaNO�高熔璁漅蘆G最好,而且其添 加量在o.6以上時較好,有機態氮源,如酵母抽出物,蛋白腺等反而會降低其脫 色效果,廢糖蜜色素液濃度較低或其pH值較低時,其脫色效果較好,色素液經 加熱處理後之脫色率比未加熱者要高,其脫色率約能維持在64-84之間。增加多 槽連續培養中之槽數可提高其脫色率,20倍稀釋之糖蜜色素液,一天內在4個槽之 連續培養中,其脫色率可達90以上,10倍稀釋液,培養到第5槽之脫色率則只達 80以上,味精工廠之糖蜜廢水之色素液的脫色率則較低。C. tropicm之焦糖分解酵 素,對焦糖色素液之分解活性,在2小時內可達98以上。 |
英文摘要 | Molasses pigment decolorization strain of Claysosporium tropicum was isolated from the soil. C. tropicum incubated in 25-fold diluent of molasses waste water containing 1.5-2.0 glucoseor starch, 0.6 NaNO��, 0.15 K�浹PO�� and 0.03 MgSO�� * TH�烙, at pH 4.0 and under optimumaeration condition showed the highest decolorization activity. The decolorization activity wasdetermined to be at least 83 for 2 days cultivation. The decolorization activity was promoted bythe NaNOa, but inhibited by the organic nitrogen sources such as yeast extract and peptone. Thehigher dilution fold and lower pH of molasses waste water showed the higher decolorizationactivity. Heat treatment of the molasses waste water was found to enchance the decolorizationactivity. In multivessel continuous culture, the decolorization rate was increased with increasing thestage of incubation, the decolorization rate was found to reach at least 90 in 20-fold diluent ofmolasses waste water at 4th vessel in one day, while in IO-fold diluent of molasses waste waterwas 80 at 5th vessel. The decolorization rate of molasses waste water from glutamic acid factorywas lower than the waste water from alcoholic fermentation factory when treated with C. tropicum. |
