中文摘要 | 本實驗使用糖尿病老鼠和正常老鼠來進行鉻與釩的添加影響研究。研 究採裂區及2乘2複因子副試區設計。在基礎飼科中添加2ppm的鉻(以CrCl�� 的型態)或2ppm的釩(以NH�混O�高澈牯A),其中分為 -Cr-V(未添加鉻亦未添 加釩)、-Cr+V(未添加鉻而添加2ppm釩)、+Cr-V(2ppm鉻)與+Cr+V(2ppm鉻及2ppm 釩)等四組。飼料與去離子水採無限制供應方式,共計飼養二十五天。動物禁食 十二小時後,以管餵方式給予葡萄糖液(每克體重一毫克葡萄糖),間隔九十分鐘 後,進行老鼠解剖。四組間血清葡萄糖、胰島素、膽固醇和三酸甘油酯之濃度並 無顯著差異。然而,糖尿病老鼠比正常老鼠測有較高之血清葡萄糖、胰島素和膽 固醇(p<0.005)。而鉻添加組(+Cr-V和 +Cr+V)的肝臟、腎臟與骨骼中之鉻含量較 低鉻組(-Cr-V和 -Cr+V)者為高(p<0.0001)。同樣地,釩補充組-(Cr+V和 +Cr+V) 在肝臟、腎臟和骨骼中釩的含量亦顯著地較低釩組(-Cr-V和+Cr-V)為高。肝臟、 腎臟與骨骼確信是研究實驗動物中鉻和釩保留量極佳且極為適切的組織。 |
英文摘要 | Diabetic mice and their lean Uttennates were randomly assigned within a split plot design to diets low inchromium and vanadium or supplemented with 2 ppm chromium as CrCl�� and/or 2 ppm vanadium as NH�混O��.Groups were designated as -Cr-V, -Cr+V, +Cr-V and +Cr+V. Food and deionized water were fed ad libitumfor 25 days. Mice were fasted 12 hr and then intubated with glucose (1 mg/g body weight) 90 min before sacrifice. Scrum glucose, insulin, cholesterol and triacyiglycerol levels of the four diet groups were not statisticallydifferent. However, diabetic mice had higher serum glucose, insulin and cholesterol than did the lean mice(p<0.005). Chromium concentrations of liver, kidney and bone were significantly greater in the Crsupplemented (+Cr-V and +Cr+V) groups than in the Cr-deprived (-Cr-V and -Cr+V) groups (p-eO.OOOl).Vanadium concentrations of liver, kidney and bone were significantly higher (p<0.0001) in vanadatesupplemented (-Cr+V and +Cr+V) groups than in vanadate-deprived (-Cr-V and +Cr-V) groups. Liver, kidney and bone appear to be appropriate tissues in which to evaluate chromium and vanadium retention in experimental animals. |
