中文摘要 | 有關spiro(3H-naphtho[2'1-b]pyran-3'2'(1'H)-N-methyl-chinolin)之合成1940 年至今,僅有二篇論文敘及此間題。第一篇是Wizinger and Wenning提出,第二 篇是Schiele and Kalinowski提出。後者認為前者合成的方法將不可能合成 Spirane。本文是根據後者提出的方法來合成 ,所得產物拿去測元素分析 ,IR, 高解析質譜 (MS),�禧-NMR.,NMR(DEPT),熔點。冉將所得Data作分析,發現 產物是N上沒有接甲基(methyl group)的spiro[3H-naphtho[2.1-b]pyra-3'2'(1'H)- chinolin](quinolino-β-naphthopyraylospiran)。 |
英文摘要 | There are only two papers reporting the synthesis ofspiro ( 3H-naphtho[2 . l- b]pyran-3 . 2' ( 1'H ) -N-methyl-chinolin, oneis mentioned by wizinger and Wenning; the other by Schiele andKalinowski. Schiele and Kalinowski recognized that the methodwritten by Wizinger and Wennings was not convertible intospirane. Described in this paper is adapted the method of Schieleand Kalinowski used spiro. [3H. naphtho [2.1-b] pyran-3.2' (1'H) -N-methyl-chinolin is shown by IR, MS, element, �禧 - NMR, 13 C - NMR and melting point analysis to be spiro[3H-naphthO [2.1-b] pyran-3 . 2' ( 1'H ) -N-chinolin] ( qninolino - β- naphthopyrylospiran ) . |
