英文摘要 | The yolk-sac larvae of O. aurea were treated by immersion in four different concentrations of thyroxine solution: 65 ppm, 6.500 ppm, 0.650 ppm, 0.065ppm, by 14 days of treatment, the results were summarized as follows:1. At 0.065 ppm, thyroxine could promote the survival rate and enhance the growth of 0. aurea larvae.2. When the concentration of thyroxine raised to 0.650 ppm or more, it showed a oppisite effect that thyroxine inhibited the growth and increased the mortality rate of 0. aurea larvae.3. High thyroxine solution could induce the spinal curvature of 0. aurea larvae, the number and degree of spinal curvature increased with the increasing concentration of thyroxine. |
