中文摘要 | 在教學經驗中常發現學生錯誤地使用關鍵字策略來解決文字題,本研究透過對國民小學數學教材的分析,描述適用與違反關鍵字策略題目的比例,以瞭解學童的學習環境;進一步透過對學童的個別訪談,列舉學童使用關鍵字策略的例證。 在對教材的分析中,有三項發現:第一:數學課本、習作加減法單一運算有關鍵字的文字題中,課本有73%的題目適用關鍵字策略,習作有83%的題目適用關鍵字策略,顯示習作提供更多使用關鍵字策略的機會。第二:適用關鍵字策略和違反關鍵字策略題目的比例在課本的例題與練習題中相當一致。第三:數學課本、習作違反關鍵字策略的題目類型變化很少。 在對學童的個別訪談中發現各類型關鍵字都有學童使用,而教導使用關鍵字的人有時是老師和家人。當面臨文字題不知採取何種運算時,就使用關鍵字策略。 根據研究結果進一步討論兒童形成關鍵字策略的可能原因,並對將來教材的編寫提出一些改進的建議。 |
英文摘要 | Many teachers experiencd that children may mistakenly use key-word method to solve word problems. Key-word method was defined as using special words in the problem to decide which operation should be taken to solve the problem. In order to explore children's learning environment, this study described the ratios of word problems which could fit or violate the key-word method through analysis on all one-step addition and subtraction word problems in mathematics textbookds and workbooks. It was found that 73% of the problems in the textbooks and 83% of problems in the workbooks can be solved by key-word method. In textbooks, the ratios of problems which fit or violate the key-word method were the same in examples and exercises. The variation of the types of problems which violate the key-word method is very limited. Examples of children's usage of key-word method were found in interview. Some possible ways in which children may establish and maintain this strategy were discussed. Suggestions were made to improve the quality of the learning material. |
