中文摘要 | 柿子枝條及葉片中的碳水化合物含有量,因開花與果實發育而降低,果 實採收後和枝條生長停止時相繼提高而後降低。 1.葉片之結果枝和非結果枝其乙醇可溶性醣略有差異;結果枝乙醇可溶性醣含 量,於展葉、開花後逐漸降低;果實發育中乙醇可溶性醣含量最低,轉色後漸增。 澱粉變化較為平穩;九月果實採收後澱粉含量升高後下降。 2.非結果枝葉片隨開花、著果其乙醇可溶性醣逐漸增加,於果實發育終期即降 低,澱粉含量曲線變化為平緩。 3.一年生結果枝乙醇可溶性醣含量變化,於果實發育終期含量最低,休眠前達到 高峰後再下降,萌芽後再增高。澱粉含量曲線與乙醇可溶性醣相似,休眠期中其 含量鞍乙醇可溶性醣為高,隨萌芽後而降低。 4.一年生之非結果枝的乙醇可溶性醣含有量變化與結果枝雷同,但澱粉含量於休 眠期最高,萌芽後逐漸減少。 |
英文摘要 | The carbohydrates content in both persimmon shoots and leaves decreasedfollowing flowering and fruit development, but increased and subsequently declined again after harvest. 1.There was slight difference regarding ethanol soluble sugars between fruit bearing and non-fruiting shoots foliar. The ethanol soluble sugars in fruit bearing shoot declined gardually after leaf expansion and flowering, being lowest when developing fruit but increased subsequently after color turning. The change of starch level was rather stable. Starch content increased after fruit harvested at September but declined thereafter. 2.The ethanol soluble sugars of growing shoot foliar increased concomitantly with flowering and fruiting but decreased after harvest. There was stable change of starch content. 3.The ethanol soluble sugars level in annual fruit-bearing shoot was lowest when the fruit was mature, highest before dormancy which declined after wards and increased again after budbreak. The change in starch content was similar to that of ethanol soluble sugars. It was higher than ethanol soluble sugars during dormancy but declined following budbreak.4.The ethanol soluble sugars level in annual growing shoot resembled that of fruit-bearing shoot. However, starch content was highest during dormancy and gradually declined after budbreak. |
