中文摘要 | 現有之蓮藕粉製造機械僅能將蓮藕清洗、打碎成漿狀及沖洗出蓮藕粉漿 而已,至於將沉澱後乾燥之藕粉塊刮片盛於盤內以便件最後之乾燥仍是用人工處 理,甚為費時。因此為解決蓮藕粉製造一貫作業機械化中之切片及自動排列問題 而作此研究。經研究後發現沉澱後之蓮藕粉漿為黏稠狀半固體無法利用機器切 片,因此需再除去部份水份使粉漿形成固體狀後,才能利用切片機械加以處理。 設計完成之油壓式蓮藕粉漿壓縮成型機及與往復式切片機配合之可程式承接盤 足以適應這些需要。試驗結果顯示在壓力為8kg/cm�插A含水率在46-47之間可得最 佳之切片效果。可程式承接盤可配合往復式切片機之速度予以適當調整以得最佳 之排列。本研究之往復式切片機速度冉可調,實際應用上之速度可採用定速,以 螺距為5mm之滾珠螺桿組成之工作滑臺為例,此一速度以小於6Orpm較合適。如 需較高之速度需配合較大螺距之滾珠螺桿。 |
英文摘要 | To date the mechanism for producing lotus-root powder can only be usedto clean the lotus-root, to smash to pieces like paste and to wash out the lotus-root powder into water. It takes long time to use manpower to slice apiece of lotus-root powder on a plate in order to dry it finally. Therefore, it'sthe objective to solve the problem in the mechanization process of lotus-rootpowder manufacture. From this research we found that the deposit of lotusroot powder is a sticky semi-solid object which is unable to process by slicingmachine. Therefore, we must take out some water from it in order to form asolid which can be processed by slicing machine. The designed hydraulic compressor for lotus-root powder and the reciprocal slicing machine installed withprogrammable receiving plate is suitable for these demands. Experimental results reveal that when the pressure is at 8kg/cm�� and the moisture is between46-47, the optimal slicing effect can be obtained. The programmable receivingplate can match the speed of reciprocal slicing machine and can be adjustedto obtain the optimal slicing effect. The speed of the reciprocal machine inthis research is adjustable. We recommend that a constant speed motor shouldbe adopted in practical use. For instance, if ball screw rod with 5mm pitch isused in X-Y table, the optimal speed should be less than 60rpm. If we needhigh speed, we have to adopt ball screw rod with large pitch. |
