中文摘要 | 楝樹(Melia azedarach)之葉、果肉、種子及木材分別以甲基特丁基醚與甲 醇之混合液作溶劑萃取,可得葉、果肉、種子及木材之萃取物。此等萃取物以薄 層色層分析法(TLC)分析及顯色,得知各有不同成份存在。 本研究以不同濃度之萃取物,試驗其對松材線蟲及根瘤線蟲之作用。試驗結果顯 示,10μg/ml之葉萃取物、5μg/ml之果肉萃取物、1μg/ml之種子萃取物,及10 μg/ml之木材萃取物,對松材線蟲幼蟲及根瘤線蟲幼蟲之活動能力有抑制作用。 50μg/ml之葉萃取物、10μg/ml之果肉萃取物,10μg/ml之種子萃取物及50μg/ml 之木材萃取物,對根瘤線蟲卵之孵化具有抑制作用。葉、果肉、種子及木材之萃 取物對松材線蟲及根瘤線蟲之LD�t分別為50μg/ml、10μg/ml、10μg/ml及50μ g/ml。田間試驗結果顯示,施用楝樹之葉、果肉、種子、木材等之粉末於台灣泡 桐幼齡木,可以降低台灣泡桐根部之根瘤線蟲族群密度。 研究結果顯示,楝樹之葉、果肉、種子及木材之萃取物,對松材線蟲及根瘤線蟲 其有抑制作用。在林業應用上,楝樹對松材線蟲及根瘤線蟲具有生物防治之價值 |
英文摘要 | Extracts from leaves, pericarps, seeds, and wood of chinaberry (Meliaazedarach) were obtained by extraction with methyl tert-butyl ether methanoisolvent. In laboratory testing, leaf, pericarp, seed, and wood extracts were inhibitory to larvae motility of pinewood nematode (Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)and root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognitd) at 10μg/ml, 5μg/ml, 1μg/ml, and 10 μg/ml concentration respectively. Egg hatch of root-knot nematode was inhibited by leaf, pericarp, seed, and wood extracts at 50μg/ml, 10μg/ml, 10μg/ml, and 50μg/ml concentration respectively. LD�tof leaf, pericarp, seed, and wood extracts to pinewood nematode and root-knot nematodelarvae were 50μg/ml, 10μg/ml, 10μg/ml, and 50μg/ml repectively. Infield experiments, there were significant differences in root knots and heightgrowth between treated and non-treated Taiwan paulownia (PauSownia taiwanianj) saplings. The results suggested that extracts from leaves, pericarps, seeds, and woodof chinaberry have inhibitory effect on pinewood nematode and root-knot nematode, and there is potential for biological control of pinewood nematodeand root-knot nematode with chinaberry. |
