中文摘要 | 以兩個大豆雜種族群高雄8號(KS8)X台農15號(TN15)(A組台)及台農15號 xT175(P192451)(B組合)之F��-F�ㄩ堣l,於1984年春作起以看作單向淘汰法分別播 種於台灣四個地區,探討F��-F�ㄠ皒s在四個不同栽培環境下,農藝性狀之遺傳 率及相關之變異。試驗結果顯示營養性狀之遺傳率較高,產量構成因素性狀較 低,而遺傳率之大小因栽培地區之不同而有顯著的差異。一般而言,A組合選拔 株高四個地區均可能,選拔分枝數、分枝莢數、產量、百粒重時,則以屏東較容 易,主莖莢數則以台南較易進行,粒數、總莢數則以台中較易進行。B組合選拔 株高四個地區均容易進行,而選拔分枝數、主莖莢數、分枝莢數、粒數以台南較 易進行,選拔產量、百粒重、開花期以屏東較容易。性狀間相關之強弱及方向, 在地區間均有明顯差異,一般至F�ㄔ@代,B組合除新竹區外,其餘均甚密切。 由此某地區間性狀遺傳率及相關之變異現象,可推測大豆雜種族群之遺傳構成, 因不同環境之淘汰而有地區間之分化現象。 |
英文摘要 | From spring crop, 1984 to 1986, two Fs - F5 soybean (Glycine mai) hybridpopulations of KS8 x TN15 (population A) and TN15 x T175 (population B)were planted in four locations of Taiwan (Pingtung, Tainan, Taichung andHsinchu) for studying the frequency distributions and breeding parameters often Characters in F3- F5 populations. The results are summarized as follows: It is considered that, in A cross, the selection for plant height at four locations is easier, selection for no. of branches, pod no. of branches, yield, 100seed weight at Pingtung is easier, selection for pods no. of main stem atTainan is easier, seed no. total pod no. at Taichung is easier. In B cross, Theselection for plant height at four locations is easier, selection for no. ofbranches, pod no. of main stem, pod no. of branches, seed no. at Tainan iseasier, selection for yield, 100-seed weight, days to first flowering at Pingtung iseasier. Significant differences of correlations among these characters are found.The characters in four locations of population A and those in Pingtung,Taichung, Hsinchu of population B are closely associated. The results of thisstudy suggest that some differentiations had taken place. among those previously grown at four locations. However, a significant difference in number of pods on the main stem, number of pods on the branchesas well as seed yield among locations. The mean values of these characterswere the largest for those previously grown at Tainan and the smallest forthose previously grown at Hsinchu. |
