中文摘要 | 本研究係利用重覆曝光儀配合Cybex 325系統,在十個不同速度下(30 o/s~300 o/s)針對二十位年輕健康受試者(男性7位、女性13位)進行膝關節等速肌力 測試。目的在藉膝關節等速肌力測試過程中速度變化情形之調查求出加速時間 值,並進一步探討Cybex 325加速時間電腦測量值之效度,同時利用相關性分析 深入了解新設判讀參數加速時間之必要性。結果發現無論測試速度為何,膝關節 等速肌力測試之速度時間曲線均呈現加速、振動、等速、減速之變化過程。有關 加速時間之效度方面,電腦測量值之變異情形普遍大於實驗測量值。另外加速時 間與最大力矩值、最大力矩發生角度、力矩加速能等原有判讀參數間之相關性均 低,顯示新設判讀參數加速時間以代表肌肉加速狀態頗有其必要性。(中華物療 誌 1992:17(1):10-17) |
英文摘要 | Normative data of acceleration time(ATm,ATc), peak torque (PT), angle of peaktorque occurrence (PTa), and torque acceleration energy (TAE) during isokinetic kneemovement tests were collected in 7 healthymale and 13 healthy female subjects for tentesting speeds (30~300 deg . S-1) by usingCybex 325 system, a camera, and electronicstroboscope machine (Microflash MF-80). Timevelocity curve and AT were resulted frommeasurement and transformation of photographic record provided by camera with electronic stroboscope, and ATm, PT, PTa, TAEwere resulted from the software of Cybex 325computer. Time velocity curve during all isokinetic tests revealed acceleration phase, oscil lation phenomenon, constant velocity phase,and deceleration phase throughout the testingcourse. Criterion-related validity was discussedby comparing the coefficient of variance of ATm and AT, and ATc was found morevariable than ATro Pearson correlation coefficients were collected for PT and ATm , PTaand ATm, TAE and ATm, respectively. Lowcorrelation is noted between all of the abovecomparisons, so it is emphasized to includeacceleration time as a new parameter to evaluate acceleration status of muscle contracitonsince no other parameters can substitute it.
