中文摘要 | 本文目的在敘述由積體電路、電晶體及運算放大器等組成的增益特性 穩定度。它常受溫度變化、輸入不同頻率及零件老化而改變,如功能濾波器之類 的有源元件,其增益特性因遇放大器電路的潰散效應而變動,甚至無法產生振 盪。因此,如何改善穩定度問題將成為設計負、正回授電路的方法。該設計方法 為採用有限準則,以獲得減輕穩定度問題。其積效特色在滿足回授網路不同拓樸 計算的需求,補償活性元件電路的非穩定性及調整適當電阻、電容的數據值上。 述電路的淨值成果為需求適合的品質因數及選用價廉、低容差有源元件組成之諧 振頻率網路,但仍能依性能指標得到良好功效。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper describe tie stability of the gain characteristics ofintegrated circuits,transistor and operational amplifiers. Usually , it is affected bychanges in temperature,different input frequency and physical aging. Such as functionalfilters, these active eleaents are used in feedback networks. That variations in the gain characteristics can have elapsing effects upon the anplifier of the circuits , evenresulting in runaway oscillations. Therefore, hoi the stability problea for improveaents can be overcone by using a method for designing negative or positive feedback circuits. The design method .is selected'theliniting criterion that has been achieved to alleviate the stability problen. Yhichexploits feature is satisfied different topologies evaluation. for feedback netirorks, theinstability of the active elements in a circuit are compensated and adjusting theappropriate datum of the RC products. The net results in that circuits with the required adequate quality factor and resonant frequency networks can be used by involving inexpensive, low tolerance active eleaents,but still obtain a good performance according to figure of nerit. |
