中文摘要 | 組織理論在管理書籍中已多所討論, 理論臻於健全, 唯實用性方法論比較少。以致於企業界無所依從。本文從理論上出發,配合實業界, 在考慮時間性、簡易性、低經費等條件下,將德菲法應用於組織職責的確立。提供制式的操作方法,便於實務應用。本研究共分成五大步驟:1.與各部門詳談工作內容。2.製作組織調查問卷並執行調查,統計結果。3.製作第二次組織調查問卷並執行調查, 統計結果。4.職責確定,分類。5.職責分派教育。本方法首次應用於中壢一家鋼鐵廠, 在兩週內完成全部五大步驟。吾人發現在職責劃分方面與工作角色扮演方面, 該方法確實可以增強公司組織的確立與運作。 |
英文摘要 | Organization theory is vastly discussed and well developed in managerial literatures, However its practical methodologies are not common in practice. Researchers recognized that it is difficult to apply organization concepts to put into practice. It is found that Delphi method is a good intermediary to link between organization theory and organization empirical study. This paper offers formulated operational steps under the considerations of reducing time and cost. The whole study is divided into the following five steps: First, to discuss the job specification with each department supervisor. Second, to issue a questionnaire survey about organizational authority and responsibility for the first time and is addition, to calculate the result of the survey. Third, to repeat the second step but with the previous survey result known to the respondents. Fourth, to structure the authority and responsibility in the organization. Fifth, to dedicate the authority and responsibility to each job position. |
