| 英文摘要 | This paper is concerned with the design of a digital controller of a DC servo system. A mathematical model is established based on the operation of a precise X-Y table, and the digital controller is designed by the two control algorithms-deadbeat controller and state compensation controller. Furthermore, this paper makes use of the PC-AT 80286 microprocessor as the controller along with realized circuits like P. W .M. chopper control circuit and four-quadrant power amplifier to verify the results of the theoretical analysis. After analyzing the results of computer simulation and real system experimental data, we conclude that the deadbeat controllers is applicable to systems which require fast response and have neither steady state error nor overshoot. The state compensation controller is applied to the systems in which steady state response are strickly required while responses are somewhat loosend transient response. |
