中文摘要 | 本研究用右旋光性香茅醛(d-citronellal)和環化觸媒來製造純在旋光性異胡薄荷腦(l-isopulegol),從五種三氧化矽(SiO2)觸媒的反應、效率比較,其中以富士N型觸媒所得之左旋光性異胡薄荷腦的產量最高。高純度的左旋光性異胡薄荷腦可以用下列方法提煉出來:將環化油和正庚烷(n-heptane)在低溫下(-25℃~ -35℃)冷凍結晶兩次,離心分離出純左旋光性異胡薄荷腦,其物性為b.p.107~ 108℃/25mmHg ; d2525 0.9073;n25D 1.4676 ; [α]19D-19.4°(在酒精中)。 |
英文摘要 | This study dealt with the synthesis of l-isopulegol via ring-closure of d-citronellal by using SiO2 catalysts. Among the SiO2 catalyst tested, and among them, Fuji's N type SiO2 catalyst gave the highest yield of l-isopulegol. The high purity l-isopulegol could be obtained from the following procedure: l-isopulegol was crystallized twice at - 25°C ~- 35°C from the mixture of isomeric isopulegols and n-heptane. The crystal, isolated from the centrifugal method, has properties of b.p. 107°~ 108°C/25 mmHg; d2525 0.9073; n25D 1.4676; [α]19D 19.4° (in ethanol). |
