中文摘要 | 家用電器產品一般皆由眾多零件組合而成,其製程可概分為:零件加工製程及成品裝配製程。而零件加工大體上皆外包(僅留下部份具關鍵性或機密性零件於廠內自製),中心廠內主要設置的是:成品裝配製程及包裝製程。裝配生產線之規劃與設置正是工時方法與平衡理論合適的應用領域,藉以減低工時損失,提高生產線效率。本應用研究中,我們進行了相關文獻的探討,平衡技術的介紹,工廠生產狀況的了解,動作分析,時間測定,生產線的重新規劃,規劃方案的試作,綜合檢討與推薦最佳方案。願本文對家用電器廠商於裝配生產線規劃時,在其合理化及效益提升上能有所幫助。 |
英文摘要 | In general, a household electric appliance consists of many parts. Thus, the production procedure could be distinguished as parts manufac-turing process and final product assembly process. Most of parts manufacturing work is entrusted to contracted suppliers (Only some key-point parts or confidential parts are kept for self-production by the manufacturers). The main installations of the central factory are pro-duct assembly process and packing process. The assembly line program-ming and installing are the application fields of the time and motion study. The line balancing theory which can help to reduce the loss of working hours and to raise the production efficiency. This empirical study, contains: probing of relevant papers about line balancing pro-blems, introduction of the line balancing techniques, reseacch on the fac-tory production conditions, motion analysis, time measurement, reprogramming of assembly lines, testing and evaluation of program-ed alternatives, and recommendation of the optimal alternative . |
