中文摘要 | 羽球乃是一種高技巧性的運動,它必須藉助球拍在擊球的瞬間賦予球體生命,而將球擊至預想的落點。其穩健細膩的技巧必須建立於高敏感度的球感培養與強而有力的體能訓練上,否則其技巧不但無從發揮,亦無法恆久持續。學習者在學習過程中,不妨參考下列四種基本概念,必能有效提高擊球的準確性,降低控球的失誤率,祈能在最短捷的時間裡獲得「事半功倍」的最大實效。 一、羽球特性方面:(一)羽毛球雖屬「球」類,但實際上卻無「球」類的形與性(參照圖一)因此其受擊點不同於一般球類在球體上任何一點均可予以觸擊、必須有效的掌握其特性,才能將技術發揮盡至。(二)洞察質輕而行速的球性。 (三)掌握飛行軌跡的特殊性及不變性。 二、握拍原則:(一)時時保持最放鬆自然的靈巧握法。(二)掌握能在任何時間、位置、角度不應變回擊的握法。(三)力求腕力能舒展發揮至盡的握法。 三、擊球原則:(一)不斷爭取主動與最理想的擊球點,來控制全場的佈局與時差效益。(二)始終掌握著與身體冠狀軸成四十五度錐形的擊球角度,能於擊球的同時將對手、場地、球網等均攬入視野裡。(三)確實掌握重心不被破壞的情況下,以微小的動作發揮最強勁的腕力去擊球。四、球感培養:從日常生活中刷小草(如挑球、發球)、拍蒼蠅(點近網球)乃至籃球單手投籃、傳球,排球的扣球,手球的傳球、射門,棒、壘球的傳球、投球等動作的遷移輔助,養成手腕能適時施以大小不同勁道的擊球技巧與球感,並以地形、地物(牆壁、籃網、破布、塑膠帶.... 等)自我靈活應用設計練習方式,可早日達成預期的目標。 |
英文摘要 | Badminton is a high skilled sport, it creates a new life to the ball at the instant that the clap-board hits the ball, and the the ball will drop to the position as expected. The stable and sophisticated skill is to be established by high sense of feeling culture as well as strong strength of phycial training. Otherwise a player won't be albe to perform his best, nor to have his skill lasted as long as expected. The following four basic concepts are provided for players to assist their accuracy of stroke, lower the missing possibility of ball-control, and develop the skill into stability, accuracy, quickness and enmity within limited time, that is to "double the efficiency with half efforts" a chinese proverb. A: Characteristics of Badminton 1.Though that Badminton sport is defined as a "ball" game, as a matter of fact, it doesn't have its round shape and ball characteristics (refer to Picture 1), the hit point is different from other ball game which any place covering ball area can be hitted; only that understanding and well control of Badminton's characteristics can lead the skill extending to best performance. 2.Observing its characteristic of light weighr and fast speed. 3.Well control the speciality and routine of flying tracks. B: The principles of holding the clap-board. 1.Maintain a natural and the most relaxing and flexible way at all times. 2.Your method of holding a clap-borad should respond of receiving a ball at any time, any position and any angle. 3. Exercise your wrist to figure out the best method of holding clap-board. C: The principles of a stroke 1.Try to win the ideal and possessive position of a ball drop in order that the possesion of the ball and timing can be expected. 2. Keep your clap-board 45 degree against your body. This position will have your opposite, the court, the net limit within your views at the same time of a stroke. 3. Keep yourself well balanced, get the strongest wrist strengrh with small movement. D:How to culture a feeling Training should start from your daily exercise, such as serving a ball, flap a fly, smashing in a volley ball game, pass in a handball, shooting, pass in a baseball, execiises as a pitcher, all of these can exercies your wrist to get the skill and feeling of handling all kinds of serving and stroke. A well designed teacing schedule should be followed constantly to play badminton ball against all possible objects available such as wall, net, rag, tape...etc, and the training with perserverance will lead a player to a success goal. |
