中文摘要 | 為探討光照對花身雞魚(Terapon jarbua)耗氧量之影響及其回復日夜週期性之趨勢, 本實驗利用自然光照,全亮,全暗之光照連續記錄五天以比較其秏氧之日夜週期性,結果顯 示自然光照組在黃昏時(16:00-20:00)之秏氧呈現高峰,但全亮或全暗組則不呈規律性,唯後兩 者恢復自然光照三天即開始呈現回復之趨勢。 因此,花身雞魚之秏氧量在黃昏呈現高峰,但會受外在因子光照之影響。而內在機制可 能扮演重要角色使其回復日夜週期之節律性。 |
英文摘要 | Light effects on recovery of circadian oxygen consumption in thornfish (Terapon jarbua) were studied. Peaks of diurnal rates occurred at dust periods (16:00-20:00) under natural photoperiod. Diurnal rates became arrhythmic and increasing under all-light or all-dark photoperiods. Changing from five-day continuous illumination or darkness to natural photoperiods, the circadian rhythm of oxygen consumption was gradually appearing and approaching to those under the natural photoperiod. It is suggested that thornfish exhibits a circadian rhythm of oxygen consumption with peak at dusk, and that the rhythm is affected by the exogenous light. It is likely that the endogenous mechanism plays an important role in recovering the circadian rhythm of oxygen consumption. |
