| 中文摘要 | 傳統硝化織維素塗料是由硝化纖維素、醇酸樹脂、可塑劑及溶劑所組成,主要靠溶劑所組成,主要靠溶劑揮發而成膜。本研究之主要目的在於以胺基醇酸樹脂、聚酯及壓克力樹脂取代硝化纖維素塗料中之醇酸樹脂,以探討其間之相容性及重料性質。結果歸納如下:1. 油溶性胺基醇酸樹脂合成過程中,攪拌速度不宜過快,否則易產生膠化現象,尤以油溶性三聚氰胺樹脂為甚。2. 各種被型樹脂變性硝化纖維素塗料,大多具有改善塗膜理化性質之效果。 |
| 英文摘要 | The traditional nitrocellulose lacquer is made from nitrocellulose, alkyd resin, plasticizer and solvent. Coating films was formed by solvent evaporation. The main aim of this research was to exploring the solubility, and physical and chemical properties of coating formed by using amino-alkyd resin, polyester and acrylic resin respectively in replacement of the alkyd resin in nitrocellulose lacquer. The results drawn from these studies are summarized as follows: 1. The stirring rate plays an important role in manufacturing butylated-amino resin. When the stirring rate is too fast, it can produce gelation during manufacturing. This phenomenon happened frequently in manufacturing butylated-melamine resin. 2. All modified one-package nitrocellulose lacquers produced in this study formed forms with improved physical and chemical properties. |
