中文摘要 | 本文乃使用類神經網路之技術建立一套臺灣電力系統故障管理之專家系統,其方法 是將配電維修人員的推理法則注入類神經網路中,以完成專家系統知識庫之建立,並利用配 電維修記錄及維修專家之經驗作為類神經網路主要的訓練學習資料,以逆轉傳遞學習法則( Back propogation learning algorithm)為其權值調變法則。如此,經過類神經網路之運作 ,便可找出配電系統地下電纜故障位置及故障形式。融合類神經網路技術及配電維修法則所 建立的專家系統,可用於配電維修中心,幫助維修人員對故障之分析。 |
英文摘要 | The design of a connectionist expert system for fault management Taiwan Power Systems is proposed. The heuristic rules acquired from dispatchers' experiences are incorporated into the connectionist network which can e utilized as the knowledge base of the expert system. The data sets used to train the connectionist network are the current waveforms recorded upon the occurrence of miscellaneors faults. The interconnection weights of this network are adjusted by the back-propagation learning algorithm. Then the back-propagation cnnectionist network can be used as an expert system for diagnosing distribution faults. A fault is identified and located by recognizing its associated current waveform. The connectionist expert system is built on a 32-bit personal computer. It's tested for diagnosing faults on a real distribution system. From the experimental results. It is found that the connectionist expert system shows advantageous in the following aspects. The system is able to perform on-line diagnoses for its negligible operation time. And it makes inferences about fault types and fault locations from the locally recorded current waveforms only. This system is applicable to dispatching centers. It may assist dispatchers in judging emergency situations, which is the first step in the restoration procedure. |
