| 中文摘要 | 利用化學氣相蒸鍍(Chemial Vapor Deposition, CVD)在1050℃鋁化純鎳基板的 初期階段,會在鎳基板的晶粒界面產生隆起的現象。由掃瞄電子顯微鏡(SEM)作EPMA的成 份分析得知此晶粒界面隆起部份的頂端主要是Al�衹i�祝菕A其底部及晶粒內則是AlNi相。在 晶粒界面產生隆起是因為鎳原子在晶粒界面的擴散速率較經晶粒內的晶格大。而在隆起部份 的鎳和鋁擴散偶對間水平方向的相互擴散會因Kirkendall效應而使鍍層上的晶粒界面移動, 致使鎳基材的晶粒界面上方再次產生隆起反應,終使隆起部份呈現彎曲且疊層的形態。如有 隆起現象的試片在1000℃作擴散退火,則隆起部份會逐漸消失,最後顯現如長時間CVD鋁化 的平坦形態且其組織也是AlNi相,並有晶粒界面移動的痕跡。 |
| 英文摘要 | The grain boundary bulging phenomenon was observed ont he coating layer of the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) aluminized pure nickel substrate at 1050℃ for a short period of time (10 to 30 minutes). This grain boundary bulging was produced due to the outward diffusion rate of nickel atom was larger along a grain boundary than via the lattice of the grain. By using teh EPMA analysis techniques, it was found that the uppermost parts of the bulging region was Al�衹i�眨hile both the basecoat and the interior of the grain were AlNi. The horizontal mutual diffusion of Al and Ni in the grain boundary bulging region would induce a lateral displacement of this boundary (i.e.DIGM) due to a Kirkendall effect along the grain boundary. This lateral movement is not uniform and as a consequence the boundary had been distroted. since the lateral displacement of the bulging parts would also favor the top of grain boundary of the nickel substrate to bulge again, the original grain boundary was grown up to a distorted and laminated morphology. After the specimen was annealed, the bulging phenomenon was found to be declined and the traces of the DIGM was also found at the nearby areas of the grain boundaries. |
